Lost all my in App purchases after installing IOs 9.0

I was in level 51, had purchase 9 out of 24 cars, had lots of upgrades and invested a great deal of time and money getting there.

I installed IOS 9.0 and tried to play again. To my surprise, I was back to level 1 and all my upgrades were gone. The Settings -> Restore feature did not return my previous states.

I was very enthusiastic about the game. Now I am deeply disappointed.
